Mike Love and The Diz Weekdays 6:00PM-10:00PM If you're in Chicago the place to be during the week from 6PM - 10PM is near a radio listening to WGCI 107.5 FM. Mike Love and the Diz are blowing up the airwaves and continue to holding down the number one evening slot in Chi-town with their high energy, music intensive show. Mike Love, born and raised in Milwaukee, has been in radio since 1985. The Diz has been a Park Forest (South Suburb) resident for most of his life and has been deejaying since the 8th grade. The two were brought together in 1995 as co-hosts for the former All Request Show on Saturday nights and Old School Sunday. Their hard work and creative ideas were shown in the excitement and entertaining features in their weekend shows. A year later, they landed their prime time evening slot . The Bad Boyz continue to rank #1 with teens and adults. Mike Love and the Diz always take time out for the community. They visit schools on a regular basis for career days, parties and special events. They also know how to move the 21and older crowd when they are deejaying in the clubs. No matter what The Bad Boyz are ALWAYS makin' mad noize! The Bad Boyz are not all fun and games. They also have a serious side when they address community issues. Once every quarter they "STOP THE HITS" to talk about issues that affect African-Americans such as AIDS, teen pregnancy, domestic violence, drug abuse and violence.
